Inclusive environments
Everyone deserves to live, learn, and work in a setting where they feel accepted, valued and safe. Although created for use in a school setting, this useful resource reminds us of the simple things we can do to ensure everyone is comfortable and feels included.

Implicit Bias?
“What do people see when they look at me?” Often, others make false assumptions about us based on skin colour, cultural background, gender or sexual orientation.
Hurtful comments can arise from false assumptions and unintended stereotypes. Take a moment to consider how to show sincere respect for all people.

Chacun mérite de vivre, d’apprendre et de travailler dans un cadre où il se sent accepté, valorisé et en sécurité. Bien qu’elle ait été créée pour être utilisée dans un cadre scolaire, cette ressource utile nous rappelle les choses simples que nous pouvons faire pour que chacun se sente à l’aise et inclus.
